Stress Measurement
Measuring Stress
A common way to measure stress is on a scale of 1-10 and can be represented using a bell chart (Stress Vs Performance). To little stress (1-2) and we can easily become lazy and unmotivated, yet too much stress (8-10) can lead to overload and burnout. As human beings, certain levels of stress can be good for us as it can help to reach our peak performance levels under various situations.
The issues typically occur when our body is under moderate levels of stress for extended periods and/or peaking too high on the stress scale at any one time, which our mind and body may be unable to manage effectively.
